Resources
The question I most often get asked is, 'Where do I begin?' It was what I asked shortly after walking into my first therapist’s office, as I urged her to give me homework. As we started to talk, she pointed me to Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth and Brené Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection. To this day, those books continue to be two of the most influential books I’ve read. However, what resonates will really depend on your journey. Consider this like an appetizer. For more recs, I share a lot of resources over on my Substack.
